Protecting Ecuador’s Endangered Species and Ecosystems

Gaby is an Ecuadorian biologist who is working in the conservation field. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Khamai Foundation, a NGO that dedicates its work to save endangered species and ecosystems in Ecuador. The foundation is currently helping to protect several important rainforest and cloud forest reserves, home to many endangered and even undiscovered species of reptiles and amphibians. Her career goal is to improve the conservation model not only in Ecuador, but also worldwide, so we can protect and preserve living beings and their habitats for the long term.
