It’s our constant companion in the sky and responsible for life on earth but we don’t actually know that much about it! In this program, NASA heliophysicist Kelly Korreck will share all about her work looking to understand our star and what makes it tick! She was a lead scientist on the Parker Solar Probe mission which just a few months ago became the closest thing we’ve ever flown by the sun, reaching speeds of 700,000 kph – fast enough to take it around the earth in less than four minutes!
