Join Ocean Explorers Katlin and Val live from the NOAA ship Okeanos Explorer in the South Pacific Ocean! The team has been at sea since August 20, using remotely operated vehicles to explore seamounts and abyssal plains in the Samoa Basin. Katlin and Val will share their favorite discoveries from the expedition and give a tour of Mission Control (where the team operates deep sea dives) and the Deep Discoverer (D2) Remotely Operated Vehicle.
