Honduras Reefs and Coral Conservation with Alanna Canaran

Alanna Canaran is a passionate science communicator and ocean educator currently working as a science producer for Ocean School, an immersive and multimedia educational resource designed to foster youth’s connection to the ocean. Alanna is also a PADI scuba diving instructor, mermaid instructor, and host of “Jump In” a Canadian TV show about women and diving. Her love of the ocean fuels her mission to bridge the gap between ocean literacy and the wider public. Alanna will be talking about coral bleaching and her experiences diving in Roatan, Honduras to inspire youth to take action and make a promise for the ocean.
