Diving into the Forests of Our Oceans with Sabrina Heiser

Sabrina Heiser grew up in Germany far away from the ocean, but at 8 years old, her dad took her SCUBA diving for the first time, which probably sealed the deal for her becoming a marine biologist. In this program she’ll detail her scientific adventures to Antarctica to study chemical defenses in seaweed, alongside her current work in the far removed tropics understanding algae toxins and how they can make us sick.
