Daily Dive # 154 | Rescuing Flying-Fox Pups in Sydney’s Centennial Park

When filming grey-headed flying-foxes at Lachlan Swamp in Sydney’s Centennial Park we ran into Sandra Guy, a volunteer with Sydney Wildlife Rescue. She was checking the colony for orphaned bats that may have lost their mothers due to injury or illness. We chatted about the bats, their importance to the ecosystem and the work she does raising the young flying-foxes.
