Meet Simon Pierce, he is a principal scientist at the Marine Megafauna Foundation where they study some of the largest species in the ocean, like whale sharks and manta rays. Simon and his team were in the Galapagos recently, attempting to unravel the mysteries around whale shark reproduction!

Dig Deeper: Time to dig deeper into whale sharks! How can we identify individual whale sharks? About how far was the longest migration ever recorded? Do they have any teeth? How much water can they filter in an hour?
