Overlooked Wizards: The Future of Innovation is Here—and it’s Wild!

Description

Overlooked Wizards: The Future of Innovation is Here—and it’s Wild!

What do brainless slime, spiders, and elephants have in common? They’re inspiring some of the smartest inventions on Earth. That’s why innovators at places like NASA and Nike are paying attention to a field called biomimicry — learning from nature, not just about it.

Join us to meet some of these overlooked wizards and discover inventions inspired by the natural world — some you may already know… you just didn’t know where they came from. Our guest speaker, Katie Losey, is a guest writer at The Biomimicry Institute and Head of Partnerships & Conservation at Natural World Safaris and she is on a mission to help others see the natural world not just as beautiful, but as brilliant.
