Meet Mortiz Langer, he’s a permafrost researcher at the Alfred-Wegener-Institute. He’s been studying the impact that climate change and melting permafrost will have on thousands of past and present industrial sites in the Arctic and the potential for harmful chemicals to be released into the environment.
